Transfers or Advanced Placement

Transfer & Advanced Placement | PA Medicine (msu.edu)

The MSUCOM PA Medicine program is designed to build knowledge in a stepwise fashion across the curriculum and is quite different from traditional graduate programs.  The ARC-PA accreditation standards require PA programs to ensure that all students are able to achieve the program defined competencies of the curriculum. Therefore, MSUCOM PA medicine students must complete all required courses in a specific sequence as defined and published by the MSUCOM PA Medicine program. No transfer of credit from other medical/PA training programs or institutions will be allowed to complete the required courses for the MSUCOM PA Medicine Program. No advanced placement, standing, or transfer of credit will be applied to any individual to fulfil any courses of the program, all courses must be completed in the order as defined and published by the MSUCOM PA Medicine program.

The Department PA Medicine faculty approved this student handbook and policies on March 16, 2020.
