Deceleration Policy

A deceleration is defined by the ARC-PA as “the loss of a student from the entering cohort, who remains matriculated in the physician assistant program.” MSU PA Medicine does not allow for deceleration, due to the lock-step nature of the program and the dynamic changes that may take place in the curriculum from year to year.​​​​​​​
