Heather Trudeau is an Assistant Professor and Pre-Clinical Coordinator at Michigan State University's Department of PA Medicine. Alongside her teaching and administrative roles, she practices clinically at MSU's Urology Clinic, bringing practical insights to her academic work.

Her first career as a registered dietitian in dialysis and the inpatient medicine setting laid the foundation for her holistic approach to health. After completing PA school at the University of Utah, Heather practiced family medicine for several years before transitioning to academia. She has also held the position of President of the Arkansas Academy of PAs and was recognized as a Distinguished Fellow of the American Academy of PAs for her professional contributions.

As a lifelong learner, Heather enjoys leveraging her diverse experiences to educate future PAs and medical professionals. Passionate about the integration of exercise and nutrition, she believes these elements are essential to overall well-being. Outside of work, Heather loves cooking, gardening, reading, traveling, spending time with family, and teaching group fitness and yoga classes.
